Both company and bondholders are aware of initial decline expectations. Remember it is initial decline and not continuous. You don't need to keep stress the already know.

LOG is not selling and Milton has only 2.6% left since March this year and have not seen it reducing since. Those shares are mainly held by private investors (approx 80%), so if 10% of them want to get out, you will see lots of selling then. I saw a guy mentioned here bailing out at 2.75 for 616k shares last week. Good move to him and he would get 25% extra if he had bought back in.

Why you are so obsessed with institilutions selling, as I replied to your previous post, there are no institutions left except LOG (25%) and Milton (2.6%) which are not reducing their stakes. People are selling purely because of fear of administration or huge dilutions if no waiver granted.

Another waiver has been agreed to buy the company some time to sort thing out. Finger crossed.
