I lost 30% on my original IPO holding and got out. After that I x bagged and 1.5x Bagged on 2 seperate deals and then I went against my instinct a bought a small holding 2 weeks before the last raise. I knew from before that the price dropped swiftly from 2p to 1p and I told that to Tro as he paid just over 2p for his first batch. 1p was the next big support level and so that is the price they set for the raise. I had a little FOMO but should have listened to my gut. Anyway it wasn't a HE1 type loss so just another learning curve but always painful. There are sharks out there so keep them peeled guys lol. The answer to that Dai is who knows so in many ways that says to me stay out. It will probably rise on expectations alone but when? FDA approval some time in Q2 if ever. Anothr NHS region sign up is expected to add approv £600k / year but with the number of shares so high now will that be enough to push it up much. Flipping those shares will need a rise so tge MM will do it somehow I guess but I would think 20-25% might satisfy them. So many unknowns so staying out for now Dai and if I miss it this time then so be it. I think that the markets in general are in a delicate position woth the worlds Gov bond markrts making rapid adjustments at the moment.

@DAI, I have sold my Geni at a loss but placing it else where. The figures and risk level just don't stack up for me. The potential sales projections and timelines suggested towards the bottom of the rns just don't do it for me. The last presentation M Walls did say that NHS finance restructuring is causeing delays in take up and in USA delayed income from insurance payments have resulted in 30-40% on payments for Lipdincode being delayed by 12-18 months. It was said that this is standard practice in the US.

If that is the case then will the CIC incomes suffer the same even after FDA approval? This seems to be lining up for future raises with an absolute risk of FDA delays with further requests possible.

I do expect it to bounce with great liquidity if approval lands but what the sp will do mean time is difficult to gauge.

Anyway I will keep watching and decide on it later.

Tro just as a consolation I can declare that I have been further apart than this with Geni in the past and have still bagged on it in a short period of time.

The only things that we have to consider is why the raise now? Well it could mean they need money for an imminent push on approval or will approval take longer than expected and need funds to scratch by for now? Lets hope that good news is around the corner. Best of luck buddy, Swissy.

Yes Dai, I got caught as well but did hold half back to average down so if I can average 1.48p then it was very close to the 1.35p offer when sp was 1p on the previous low and that level did have the strongest support. Will it go lower than placing? Not for a while I wouldn't think/ hope with news hopefully coming soon. We have to take it on the chin and play the game. Take care Swissy.

Thanks for the info as I haven't looked in on QED for ages now however there is a lot of cheap oil floating around the world and with Trump et al deciding to drill baby drill and burn fossil fuels it seems hard to see it is ever going to get used. A fixed power station could be the best customer situation. Venezuela does have huge tar sand oils available so that might be a resource to be utilised.....I will buy some shares and phone Trump for a chat lol.

I got in at 82p and had a target of £1.20 as a get out and it came earlier than I thought it would. I was on holiday feeling relaxed and reading too much into the TRUMP Greenland News and decided to sell at great profit. I still think it has legs with great resources and might buy back in when political certainty returns (if ever!). The sp could also rocket if USA goes down an investment route rather than by force and lets face it many investors already there are Americans. Good morning gentlemen, I have not posted for a while so thought I would check in. Know Have mentioned Geni many times but I have been fortunate to 1x and 1.5x on my 2 main trades last year and have just bought back in a sub 2p with half my allocated funds and holding out in case a slide occurs back towards the 1.35p strong support level with any delays / political interferences in the next few weeks. The FDA requested further info powering on sub-group analysis of black African Americans, some medical chart reviews, and cybersecurity validation for the online Sitab system they run. The Figures are to be provided by Kaiser Permente as an independent and looking to submit this info early 2026 so hoping approval is in Q1.

I also noted that the NICE ROCA test by Geni has potential as well. There are 54,000 eligible for testing in the UK and 1 patient over 5 years is £1500 and over 10 years £3000. Using the 3 year model that could equate to £27,000,000 /year. I'm not suggesting that all will become revenues but even half would be impressive. The Austrians and Swiss are also taking it up but figures were not published as yet. Sales of all products have fixed cost bases and the management are pushing towards break even with forecasts in growth for Q2 2026.

The current MCAP is only £5.45m and so I believe that a sp of multiples could be on the cards with FDA approval and good gains even with modest news of new collaborations and market penetration. Obviously DYOR and I Know some of you have been in before and may still hold a few but just giving a heads up of my feelings that is all.

It is a slow progress share I know but have 1x and 1.5 x on my 2 main trades in the past and I think we know where could go on FDA news. I did listen in detail to the last presentation again and previously didn't register how the ROCA Test could contribute to bottom line going forward. They suggested that there are 54,000 eligible for testing in the UK and 1 patient for 5 years would be £1500 and for 10 years £3000. In theory using the 3 year model that could generate £81,000,000 or £27,000,000 a year revenue and it is NICE approved so should be the test utilised going forward as well as Austria an the Swiss accepting it a s well. Yes I am in there big as well Tro so hoping to pull some across here to add more. The price pressure here on the charts does show a continuing sell as it dropped rapidly last time between a bid of 1.35p from a support of 2p. It has just broken that support although early doors so has a possibility of further rapid downtrend if news doesn't land early in Q1. I love the oroducts and the management team but will hold a little back just in case. Let's hope tge big H comrs in soon hey! Cheers Swissy.

Tro the last time you said that here it dropped another 10% the next day lol. The price is looking very tasty now with huge potential upside but is there another 10% to be had. Apparently your jink says there is. I say this with a smile as 10% should seem insignificant when this blows with the right news. GLA Swissy.

Hi everyone there were a couple of doubts indicated during the last investor meet presentation that did concern me. One was that all of the sales capital from LipidinCode sales had not been banked yet as the insurance companies that payout for individuals can contest the payment through some sort of appeals system. The payments will probably land at some point but the revenues on the balance sheet indicated that a fair value was still to materialise. I was not aware that this delay was common place in the industry and also could that same delay occur once CIC score is being sold?

The other unknown / doubt is what capital will be required to energise the launch of CIC on approval. Previous raises have partially been for such a launch and the required capital was quite substantial, although Geni management have done a fantastic job of on-boarding prior to approval that this may compensate for new capital required, but who knows how much?

My last nagging question is about timing of FDA approval because I might be wrong but after listening to the presentations again it came across that the required information requested should be available in Q1 2026 for submission to FDA and does not recessarily mean that approval will be granted in Q1. I stand to be corrected but it is only how I interpreted the information. Let's hope that it all the information they are looking for and approve in quick succession.

This is probably why some buyers are holding back right now as we all know Geni sp can move both ways rapidly but I am holding out for the golden nugget RNS sometime in Q1 hopefully. We know the potential here is huge but having been a holder of some since IPO I couldn't time it if I tried lol.

This is good news but what do peeps think? Is it part of the process to be able to collect all the data required for submission to answer FDA questions. If so it could take a little while to collate ongoing data so FDA approval might not come in early Q1 but towards the end maybe. I don't know the answer obviously but just wondering why one state has been approved. Has anybody else got suggestions? Cheers Swissy.
