In line with the Company's announcement on 30 November 2022, the Company continues to intend to raise circa US$25m during the current funding round. This investment is intended to sit alongside the current funding round which is targeted to close before the end of January 2023. However, as previously expressed, that can be no certainty that the remaining funding round proceeds in line with the outlined terms.

also if it was 45 working days then. the first tranche of funding would be due after the second tranche which is due end of January if my memory serves me right.

Phippso as we all know the journey is just beginning and there are going to be many peaks and troughs.I totally agree also yesterdays news gave me confidence also. My only wish is that going forward they meet there promised deadlines.They still have till Tuesday for news to drop and i woild imagine it will be on time ,given the new appointment.The trouble is as I see it as it's a start-up situation therefore there will be many staff having to be very flexible,which in the realms of things often dont workout as things should , making the company look not so good at times.I believe it is this that we are all experiencing now but believe ìt will get much better going down the road as they take on more staff which have there designated roles to play.

on the 9th of Jan Benny states he is selling up because the price is going sub £1 price that time was 127p then 4 days later he states he buys back in price then 155p now he claims his average is 149p.?
