@red_hornet You dont need to ask about II's, all you need to do is follow the money & volume. The answers you seek are in the technicals, Feb & May this year were record-breaking weeks in terms of volume. The week starting in Feb, Monday the 26th was a record-breaking 955.741 million. The highest week of volume in the entire history of #PHE, May 2024 in the week starting Monday the 20th was another mega volume week of 539.360 million in volume.

I have enclosed a weekly chart, where you can see volume spikes. IMO, these will be institutions loading up. Look at the fib bands prior to the last major rise in the SP, Dec 2019, it's virtually the same pattern now, A compression, prior to 3 waves of expansion, only with a higher volume now, than back then. From a T.A. perspective, the writing is on the wall. This stock is set to explode to higher highs. We have a perfect storm on the technicals, in terms of the EMA's, volume, market structure & fib retracement levels. Dont say you haven't been given the heads up.
