Migi has now been over a $1 for 10 straight days so that should be enough for Nasdaq.Now just need Fred to make them an offer which is good for Mara and Migi.

MIGI has bounced 8% and still very cheap.Wait and see the bitcoin monthly results on Dec 17th.Maybe another catalyst.atb

APLD just announced a $125,000,000 at-the-market Shelf Offering via Craig-Hallum. Add that to the two other Shelf Offerings already approved (55 million shares) for selling Insiders and you have a huuuge overhang on the stock.

APLD needs a ton of cash, like $750M, if they really need to buy '26,500' GPU's. NVDA's best AI chip, the H100, is backordered forever and trade on the resale market for $30,000 each.

So count on heavy dilution from continuous stock sales as this company struggles to expand their installed capital equipment. Everyone's discovering that AI don't come cheap.

Clean spark is valued at a quarter of Mara.Yes Mara has strong financials,hodl etc but both are expanding fast and have pros and cons.They are both dependent on bitcoin price so why not have exposure to both if you are ok with high risk high reward investments.I am invested in both.
