Been part of EUA since October and I have great faith this will come good whether it be days , weeks or months, GLA

I got an Alpine a110 and ended up selling that for similar reason, dumped all the money in EUA last October... Great move.

Likewise, I'm struggling to understand whats going on here, they've had some great contract wins and managed to cut some toxi contracts. Longer term this should start to bounce back with economic plan put in place to recover through building etc.

The whole market keeps dropping 1 - 2% a day at the moment so I guess it's just time before this starts to recover inline with the market

Even if this blips downards tomorrow, it will come back. RR is a well respected Global Brand with lots of hands in different pays, you may be down tomorrow or in a weeks time, I'm personally comfortable this is will come back good in the next few months.

Was going to sell today and buy in again if it dropped tomorrow, too late so will just have to see what happens.

Saw a news article about the Trent engines in the dream liners having issues , fingers crossed this is why we haven't moved north much as the market has factored this in..

Looks like there was a lot of big sells just after 5pm, maybe some leaked info.

Still, too late to do anything about it now so best to just buckle up and hoping the engines are on full thrust tomorrow.

They won't admit it but by putting in writing they are compliance agsint various slavery and ethics acts they are creating something legally binding and fraud, if they have done this with Boohoo they are breaking the law for starters, after that they are going to get a hiding for loss of earnings/reputaion for BooHoo

I have shares but I disagree on them not being to blame, they should be performing regualr audit on their supply chain as part of good corporate governance. If it turns out they were and the 3rd party fraundently stated they were compliance against a number of HR regulations then it's a different matter.

As a vendor of IT Security equipment, I always see tender documents that ask such information related to slavery, hr issues that we need to comply with in order to be chosen as a succesful supplier to a company.

Might have to call in Greenflag to pull this share out the mud, well and trully stuck at the moment.

Out of interest, what tools are you using for technical analysis?

Haven't done this myself before but interested in playing with this some more, love a graph or two.

That's the sad reality of it, if you gave the average person the same product, one made in questional conditions in Asia/China the othe in the UK but cost X amoutn more due to labour cost, pensions etc.

Most would go with the cheaper product despite complaining about UK jobs , manufacturing etc

The interesting things is given the state of the economy, why still allow shorting? many EU economies have banned

Saying that, nearly all of my stocks are in a similar holding pattern, one day a decent gain, next day wiped out. Until the second phase worry and vaccine news I think this will be the norm.

The real question is how much further can the economy crash if we get a second phase hit hard.

Welcome and hope it works out well for you, bigger advice I can give is do lots of research on each share, understand all the different personas i.e. shorters, MMs, derampers and tampers.

Also try not to get emotional about a share, if you can do all of this you will be in a good place, I'm still learning myself and had plenty of failure and success along the way, this is a great company aslong as you are not after a quick.penny in a week or so

While market is being manipulated at the moment, one day up 10% next day down. The view I'm taking is asking as you have good quality companies they will recover. Holding firm with the AA long term providing nothing drastic happens

Tried playing the markets in the early phases of Covid, done fairly well but too much hard work working and looking after small kids at the same time.

Interesting technology, I'm here to make money but I'm also really interested in some of the things they do, also they are a customer of mine so happy to help support this great business

Nice little climb today, hopefully the start of the long recovery, will be happy once we see it past 20p again
