George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Fingers crossed they get a credible CFO which has been mentioned, Robbie gets on with mining and planning there, let more experienced and competent people run the business aspects , the reality is we all have our strengths and weaknesses and I suspect these areas are not Robbie's strength
Good to see them getting on with it, we always knew there would be a level of dilution , guess we will find out when the prospectus finally arrives , then hopefully we can get back to expanding and becoming a boring mining company that just delivers and grows
Fully agreed, talked about the rampers whilst constantly trying to deramp and spinning everything into a negative, I do really hope this isn't your general personna in everything you do, you will be very lonely.
A balanced view to the ask from the person was given with good and bad along with the fact no one knows when suspension is lifting, you then had to try and cover this with negativity
Morning, at present I don't think anyone can give a solid timeline but the accounts and associated audit should be a lot simpler then previous years.
The good news is the company appears to be making good progress on the back end with regards to governance changes, have additional funding for expansion and awaiting larger expansion funding which is due Q1.
In between then we should have Q3 results (probably won't be stellar), prospectus and other updates relating to progress.
Hopefully this gives you a clearer picture
For those monitoring companies house, Caracal have stopped working with their old secretary and appointed a new one as a strategic advisor.
Updated last night

The new company is here and we are on their website https://bowspritpartners.com/transactions/
Agreed, come out of the woodwork on any news to sling mud yet have no interest in investing, you then have the ones that claim they are invested yet spend the whole time talking down their investment.
There is a balanced view as we see by some and then there is this other bunch, Robbie could announce they've found a huge gold nugget and they would find fault with that .
Does it matter? He's still taxed and as long as the money goes into the company that's all that matters .
As long as it's not a tax dodge i.e. not taking salary and writing off and then only paying interest on the internest.
Saying that, at this point I don't care as long as the company grows and expands as per the funding and then delivers on the mining plan
A balanced view is all that's required , I think there are a number of balanced posted on here, you are not one of those.
If fact, I'm not sure you have ever posted anything positive even when the company has shown positive progress, if you want to hang around and kick your own share then that's fine .
The share is suspended, positive /negative there is nothing anyway can do. We all know the pros and cons at this stage
I will leave it there and good luck with your Investment.
Yep, none issue now" https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13072031/filing-history
Just to add , Papillon holdings was the company that was readmitted to FTSE and then renamed to Caracal Gold.PlC (what we have now)
Caracal Holdings which was Mayflower was used for the initial purchase, this was Jason Brewers I believe and he made the cash back from this via stock sales . He then went off to Maru and others as we know.
Caracal holdings is not required and does not impact us
https://www.globalminingreview.com/finance-business/26042021/goldplat-complete-sale-of-kilimapesa-gold/
Think this isn't relevant as it's Caracal holdings and not CaracalGold PlC, Caracal holdings is renamed from mayflower which belonged to Jason B I believe.
Caracal Gold PlC is fine and up to date https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09829720/filing-history
And if it all has been lies then those releasing the RNS should be held accountable for fraud, it's simple but we haven't reached that point yet so lets give the company time to deliver on the timeframes they have set out recently.
Let's not cherry pick , for people too lazy to read.
A couple of lines down in the RNS, hey also named the financial consultants they have fired a couple of months back.
The Company has since raised further funds and taken on further consultants to assist the Company to meet its reporting obligations going forward.
Anyway, none of this matters as we are suspended so no point kicking your own share of you are invested , good news is nothing to talk about now to an RNS so everyone can switch off
See you on the other side genuine investors
Well we are suspended now and can only hope they come good on the plan and interviews which were quite confident .
Saying that many ftse100 companies have gone down for being less then truthful over the years so it's not exclusive to this end of the market.
Anyway, let's wait to see what happens , nothing any of us can do anyway
TW he gets is wrong more then he gets it right , I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of that ones mouth and his silly website .
Anyway, suspended now so people are in or out and we will see what happens .
At this stage he decision is rather binary, a) You continue to hold and accept the risk and there certainly is some or b) sell and walk away.
Very simply , I will be going for option a but fully accept I could lose it all if it doesn't come out of suspension .
I suspect we will see prospectus and Q3 updates and others once in suspension , I'm also hoping that when we leave suspension be it days, weeks or a couple of months we come out with funding .
