What's happened this last week....news that an extension has been asked for and given to The Nation Conservation Agency until 23 February. The Government had until 15 Feb to make their submission but they made it early. How do we know that the 15th wasn't the same for other actors in this Appeal? The fact of another extension seems to have triggered a panic sell off because these extensions have been never ending. And news of a fund raise which was expected...we just hoped it would be above 2p. The Decision so far as we know is still set for the first half of this year and the extension ends at the end of this week. Anything can happen.

It's evolution and that's got a few difficulties in it...such as, fittest for what?

I can't help it Oak...I'm an incorrigible optimist. So far as the various submissions are concerned I think we'll see a tightening up otherwise Sweden will never get any new mines. But I am beginning to crack on World politics...what are we going to do, it's desperate.

That news is truly shocking and terrible.

It's taken so long folks seem to have lost faith that the Court will ever decide this Appeal. We've done a third of the first half of 2024 already why lose faith?

Well...to boldly go anyway...artistic licence. Yugoslavia is an interesting sort place politically, Christopher Hitchens wrote about it in a book of essays, a bit incomprehensible to me. But surely the World has got to get better. Are you against mines Wodman, if you don't mind me saying.

Timty1...Yes, nearly 24 months since the decision was made after 9 months of process. You've said still no date for completion of the Appeal,... but I think we do have some idea, we've been told first half of 2024. The recent drop after a bit of a rise seemed to follow from the Extension to 23 Feb for The Nature Conservation Agency but we don't know why that's relevant to anything, seemed to be panic over what might be nothing of significance.
