Well, Pocko...we've got two choices haven't we...I'd much prefer it if we were in profit but I'm continuing to believe the BOD will be acting in the best interests of the project and the shareholders. The other choice is cutting our losses and I'm not ready for that at this point in time. And can't help but be cheerful on Midsummer's Eve... all the fairy dust, what d'you think?. But rest assured I do have my off days. Cheers.

And remember what the then PM Stefan Lofven said on a visit to the North...the decision about the ming would be made according to the Law not Politics. But we didn't know then what he knew...that the Politics was a bit difficult to separate from the Law.

The Swedish Mining Strategy Document states that the process of filing an application to mine and receiving a judgement normally takes about 1 year. And we are the only new mining project that has been approved in Sweden for 13 years.

Morning All. You know how I hate to argue but I've never understood how KB was as unprepared as it has been suggested he was. The fact was we had the Government's decision in favour of the mine but we also knew that the Sami had an appeal prepared and that they would probably get leave to lodge it and so they did, which meant we had the Decision For and also we didn't. The same risk as before the decision was still present and the inquiry into it has taken so far 2 years and three months which has been a disaster for a junior mining company. KB could have had a deal to sell it off straight away but it would have been worth what it was worth, not much. We believed in the Government's published Mining Strategy and that was naive of us.

Same old from you then and same old from me. Word, work on PFS and EIA moving along and seeming confident and he was brave enough to speculate about the Court's decision, believing it would confirm the Government's position, perhaps with a few tasks added. So it was good and he aught to talk to us from time to time even if it's only the W word for work in progress, which it is, isn't it...same old if you're lucky.
