Yes I agree the timing of the raise is good, it could have been raised at 5p if the share price stayed at 7p. It is obvious ARB is struggling with debt and cashflow is in dire straits. If BTC can get on a bull run then maybe it can get itself out of this mess.

ARB needs a savvy FD who can start to clear down the debs when the going is good. However, i don't see that here

To top it of Qbt now have a Business Dev Director (VLAD) in Miami negotiating. Great share . Unicorn Status is quite possible.

There is also the overhang of the placing shares which will take time to clear

So patience will be required unfortunately.

As shareholders we always want want things immediately. Its the nature of the beast. The complexities of running a business are very rarely appreciated. Unfortunately , patience is the one word we all hate but it is necessary. This is how I see it,

1) Need to establish results on BTC level of difficulty (accelerated)

2) Need to select a partner

3) Partner and Qbt need to test software and be happy

4) Need to establish commercial terms,

I know it is a summary , but the above can take a while and that is just the way it is. It would be great to get a snippet before end of July but it is not up to us

I agreed that end of July was where I thought news would land. Otherwise, as August is holiday season it is unlikely during that month.

I have set my target many multiples higher than 2,4p and 3p so I will be here longer . However, we all have different strategies and I respect that
