my initial expectatations were anytime from today to early next week, the legalities , confirmation, dates implications etc all need to be considered agreed signed off etc and clearly takes time , a day or three not unreasonable, ........interesting trading pattern early on a small drop in sp followiing a few uncertain post re the rns, hopefully explained now, so all is set the same as we were, however we see neat block trades steering the sp down but mm's happy to take any amount suggests mm's happy to play on any uncrtainty and they'll have your shares down here thank you very much......lots to look forward too over coming weeks and months as there is a pipeline of assetts and capital to be gathered here and as documented elswhere by Simon Cawkwell (Evil Knievil) among others fair value is multiples of current once it is all played out and current sp should be closer to 2p than where we are now, step by step CLP should zig zag it's way there, a few bumps here and there but there's more upside from .90p on what we know than down side for those who can ride the waves ;-)

inside the factory BBC programme, and a great example of the extreeme plastic 'single use' in producing just one make of toilet roll that just one factory produces around one million rolls a day everyday, and all wrapped in pastic packaging and then again on pallets, multiply that by the number of makes/factories/countries etc and for a product that is used with a few days of manufacture and flushed away (the paper toilet roll) the entire plastic packaging for those Billions of rolls per week is then around for 100 years !! clearly a classic case of a short term use product that should have an oxo bio degradable package..there are many more such examples...;-)

CLP announced that its bondholders – dominated by Eufingest, closely associated with Francesco – would defer repayment of E9m for a couple of years. That’s encouraging. But CLP also announced that they would be suing a Mr Justin Cooke for between £700,000 and £5m. In relation to current book value of this claim (i.e. nil) any recovery is pure profit. Given that CLP is capitalised at less than £5m at 1.25p per share, one does start to wonder whether tnav is currently well over 3p once the Pay Offs have been played out.

difficult one,as when a ceo buys some take confidence, but it is often a false comfort and many examples exist, R poulden D lenigas N Ritson I could go on all buy shares in their companies, and the share destruction is almost total...Larry has options at 6p ! that looks someway off, however, I'd rather he have to work to that target than purchase a few shares and 'slide' them out the back door like the aforementioned....however, down here at these levels I'll happily take any positives, like maybe the £15k buy yesterday, that was a surprise to see....maybe just maybe we have a pulse here ;-)

it may be prudent to consider we may have a day or two to wait before any RNS lands, Thurs to Monday likely imo, early would be nice but as ever things usually take a little longer than expected..however, expectations are for more upside from here ;-)

block buy trades coming back in, bid incresing , sell sp now 14.55p and rising ....good game eh ;-)

about general approach by many mm's/brokers, from 9.30 mins, with respect to Paul the listen is not regarding the stocks he picks, it is the very relevant aspects about market moves / plays etc. if you imagine share prices just go up or down simply on buys or sells , clearly the last couple of days suggests it is not always the case. As stated previiously there are some dark arts at play on occasions, not always, but awareness of 'price' action and possible scenarios is useful info. If you assume someone is making money on any decent/substantial move up or down it's a good starting point !

it should be added value to mcap moving forward and the over sold position to date should be reversed over the next few weeks, starting now , #CLP in best position for some time and sp lagging behind currently.....should be challenging years highs if all goes to plan ;-)

clearly as oxo degradable and oxo bio degradable are entirely different products, with similar names ...thankfully SYM are oxo bio ;-)

The European Committee for Standardisations has a definition for oxo-biodegradable technology in CEN/TR 15351. This defines it as a process of oxidation and cell-mediated phenomena either simultaneously or successively. This definition is supported by several standards which defines the acceptable criteria for passing degradation, biodegradation and eco-toxicity. The International Standard commonly used by governments to support legislation is ASTM 6954 and Symphony's d2w technology has been proven to comply with this standard.

Symphony has more than 20 years of data and evidence that plastics made with d2w technology do not produce persistent micro-plastics like other normal plastic product.Â

is the staus quo needs to change , the products are a massive improvement on current, the world needs a step process to change and SYM have a prctical and commercially available solution, clearly a massive adavantage to the status quo...uncertainty has clearly been used by the industry to confuse and as of this morning stories in all the papers and TV the plastic recycle industry/waste management make milllions but dump it abroad rather than recycle and so iit goes, so mis information from the industry that needs to change arrived this morning, me thinks the waste and plastic industry is not so open or honest as they have portrayed and the resitance to oxo biodegradable only needs minimal change, they should start to embrace it and help move towards solving the issue, step by step oxo bio is clearly a step forward
