Calnex Solutions has announced that due to continued strong levels of trading throughout H1/22, expected to be maintained in H2/22, FY22E revenue and profitability are anticipated to be materially ahead of expectations. We have consequently upgraded our PBT forecasts for FY22E and FY23E by 27.2% and 20.4% to £5.6m and £6.0m respectively. Calnex continues to accelerate its investment in R&D and broaden its product roadmap to benefit from the significant underlying growth drivers within the worldwide telecoms and networking industry.

Forecast upgrades. Following the strong trading update today, we have upgraded our forecasts, with FY22E and FY23E revenue forecasts increased by 17.5% and 16.2% to £20.2m and £22.1m respectively. FY22E and FY23E PBT forecasts have been increased by 27.2% and 20.4% to £5.6m and £6.0m respectively.

Totally secures multiple contract extensions valued at c. £22m

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce multiple contract extensions for the provision of Integrated Urgent Care services and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) across London (the "Contracts").



The Contracts, which are valued at a total of c. £22m, have been awarded to Totally's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Vocare Limited ("Vocare") and Greenbrook Healthcare Limited ("Greenbrook"), which together form Totally's Urgent Care Division. The Contracts will run for periods of between 6 and 12 months and include the provision of:



· Integrated Urgent Care, including NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services and Out-of-Hours services, for South West London CCG; an extension awarded to Vocare until 1 June 2022, value: c. £9m

· Six Urgent Treatment Centres for North West London CCG; extensions awarded to both Vocare and Greenbrook until 31 March 2022, value: c. £12m



In addition to these extensions, Totally Healthcare, which makes up Totally's Insourcing Division, continues to secure contracts to support the NHS with the reduction of waiting lists. Further insourcing contracts have been awarded in Blackburn, Rotherham?and Sheffield across multiple clinical specialities.

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, is aware of an article that has been published today in the Health Service Journal ("HSJ") relating to the Company's South West London NHS 111 contract (the "Contract"). The Contract is delivered by Vocare Limited ("Vocare"), the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, on behalf of the South West London Clinical Commissioning Group ("SWL CCG").



Today's article in the HSJ contains a number of factual inaccuracies including incorrectly stating that the NHS had terminated the Contract. The Company confirms this is factually incorrect as the Company continues to provide services via a contract extension through to June 2022. The Company can confirm that the Contract is being retendered at the present time under the normal NHS tendering and procurement processes which was recently launched via an engagement event.



The Company did provide factual statements to the HSJ prior to deadline but these were not considered prior to publication. The Company is taking the necessary steps for the article in the HSJ to be corrected or removed and is also taking legal advice in relation to the matters that have arisen today.
