What your basically asking for is everyone's crystal ball views which is in essence the same as what is already on the message board. Personally I wouldn't take too much notice of these message boards apart from the odd bit of info some have found that you can sometimes find useful in making your own mind up.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought HE1 already has two Tanzanian registered subsidiaries Gogota (Tz) Limited and Njozi (Tz) Limited so surely they will utilise one or both of these once they are at production stages
