Can someone please explain for the layperson the difference between this fund raise subscription vs. simply buying more ordinary shares via their standard broker e.g. HL?
Cheers,
Can someone please share this Telegram group?
And is Dudilishious the latest reincarnation of our hallowed proverbial dumper and pumper, UTRS? (If you know, you know).
That aside: it's self-evidently in the R&D stage; that's clear from every single communication the company has made. This is a long-term and relatively risky investment - but the rewards could be exponentially good.
Caveat Emptor.
Does this share bounce purely based on RNS? Already kicking myself for not buying at 0.45 now.
My average is 0.34p...Time for another bite?
£2 within the next 24 months?! What are you basing that on? That doesn't feel realistic within 5-10years let alone 18-24 months.
Within 24 months I'm hoping for a commercial license and 7p-12p a share
What are everyones SP predictions for the 5-10 year range?
Who is the troll? UTRS isn't back again is he? Under a different moniker?
You sure about that one, mate? It's Wednesday and we're tanking. Long-term holder here by the way.
My only concern day-to-day is choosing the bottom so that I can take another slice.
In fact, if HL offered it, I'd be making regular monthly investments per my other funds.
There's some genuinely excellent opportunities here mid-to-long term now that we've overcome the asinine momentum trap we were stuck in earlier this year.
I mean, let's look on the bright side: UTRS made his money ramping, and has now moved on to scam other security forums, so at least we don't have to suffer his constant spam.
Agreed re: the mid to long-term. I'll probably have another dip in over the next month or so.
Has there been any updates in terms of the building project timeline etc?
Pokerchips absolutely nails it.
It was a genuinely impressive performance from Uterus. Off the back of recycling news stories from c. 2/3 years a go, too.
This was actually back in February...So first he deramped to buy in; and then he ramped on an admittedly quite impressive level (promoting the stock on various other forums etc), and now he's shifted his attention to Coinsillium...using the same MO.
I tend to agree with Wontongue - the SP probably feels about right now. I was lucky buying in early doors so still in decent profit at the mo...but spent the previous 18 months or so with a 50%+ deficit...
Well this thread aged well, again.
You've posted ~50 times today mate, since I asked you to address your own concerns about the stock.
Self-evident who's been driven "mad" here.
Ouch.
Bob, here are the details of the license application:
DJT Plants Ltd (DJT Plants) has previously held two Home Office Licences to cultivate >0.2% THC cannabis between 2014 and 2017 and it is through DJT Plants that Ananda applied in October 2019 for a Home Office Licence to cultivate >0.2% THC cannabis at a secure site in Lincolnshire, with an option over a 40 Hectare plot of land to be made available upon receipt of the cultivation licence.
">0.2% THC cannabis " This is the amount of THC legally allowed in CBD Hemp.
It's a CBD license.
Hey mate,
I thought you said: "Give me any concerns and I will answer them . I’ve gave you my word and my word is my bond."
How come you can't or won't answer your own questions? Or mine new questions?
Cheers!
I'd also like to ask what wholesale CBD price you're referencing to make £200M out of 200 tonnes?
Is this based on the flower? Which would need to be exported and sold outside of the UK.
Or is this based on CBD Oil? I
If it's the latter, have you taken into account extraction costs?
Cheers,
1. How much will it cost ANA to set-up a 40 Hectare growing facility capable of producing 200 tonnes per year?
2. How much will to cost ANA to staff a 40 hectare growing facility?
3. GWP have been in the medicinal cannabis sector for 20+ years; the were recently sold for $7 billion. The most cannabis they've ever produced is 120 tonnes pa. Is it realistic to think ANA can do the same in mid-term?
4. More generally, how can ANA compete with GWP's production levels and licenses to produce by THC and CBD medicinal cannabis?
5. What's special about having a CBD license? Countries in Eastern Europe and more worryingly China can produce CBD cannabis at cheaply and at scale
Hey UTRS,
Hoping you can respond on the below as promised?
Cheers,
OK sure, here are your original concerns laid out below.
Regarding my position: I've been clear throughout this conversation that I invested very early on, at around 0.4p a share. My gripe has been that I want sustainable, long-term growth based on value and do not agree with ramping nor deramping manipulation.
1. Does anyone know how they will expand from 1100 plants to 300k plants and also the broken down timeline with costs (also not forgetting how they will pay for such a big facility)?
2. Should we be concerned that Mellisa Sturgess sold 24,111,772 shares recently. If she believed in the company she would not have sold a single share?
3. ANA have £300k with no license and yet the Mcap is £7m. Do you think that this company is totally over valued because I would like to hear your thoughts and reasoning why you are invested at this level.
4. Here’s something else for you to ponder, you will ONLY have x1 crop per year compared to most of the other cannabis producers having 5 x crops per year
5. The CLN's invested in iCAN are known as death spiral finance and is usually the last hope of a company raising funds. Should we be concerned?
UTRS: I'm happy to change my opinion of you if you're prepared to address and answer the concerns that you laid out yourself below.
