It usually goes with the territory that they have been negotiating with those that must be obeyed.....if they submit a new plan with something reduced then planning will most likely be granted.......a decision could come through very quickly but nothing is guaranteed.....If it does, then this and the turbines back in the water will be a game changer here.....AIMHO.....DYOR.....GLAGH
