Thanks. Ironically before I invested in FOGL I was going to invest in RKH but felt I'd missed the boat after Sea Lion. It now appears I'm going to get anyway.

You'll have to excuse me I'm Welsh...so does that mean when I check my HL account my shares will be RKH not FOGL?

I seriously apologise for my naiveness but will our FOGL shares be converted to RKH shares or will the shares still be listed as FOGL?

On the bright side its still better than a bad result. Lets get this merger out of the way and move on.

Would I be correct in thinking that whilst in the longterm us FOGL holders would like to see the RKH share price rocket - at present - at least until after a succesful merger it doesn't make much difference to us whether its up or down. I appreciate that an upward direction is always prefered (unless you've just sold out). Any thoughts?

If I'm wrong please correct me but its irrelevant what the SP does until the 15th as the merger price (about 10.07p + 0.29p) has been agreed. The fluctuations are mainly day traders having fun and fogl have value so wont go zero. Chill out man it's Christmas. Ha!

No new news I know but thought it might be helpful for someone.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Boards of Falkland Oil & Gas and Rockhopper Exploration plc have announced that they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended Merger. Do I need to take any action?   Unless you wish to register a vote before our noon Tuesday 29th December 2015 deadline then you do not need to take any action (please see the Appendix for further information).
