This is most likely a reaction to this week's research note. Whilst it was very optimistic on the company's prospects it highlighted the need for a placing later this year.

Agree with all your points and figures and I would be happy to buy the maximum available. However the price may have firmed up by then so a higher price than 3p might be achievable.

Maybe people have picked up on the point made in yesterday's research note? This stated the need for a placing later this year and they suggested 3p as an example.
