Not on the black stuff ,was a sheeter (posh) worked round the country after forces, young mans job, had to graft but good money in the early 80's new a few gangs on my travels and a couple of good lads copped it too, terrible really, but in those days you did things that you look back on now and think jeeez, H&S was really being ramped up when I got out of the game I dont miss it but the views were good and the banter brilliant I still see some of my old gang now and then its a good laugh and I still love a Friday afternoon sesh Happy days

As an x roofer I also remember cutting up old assy sheets (trafford tile) up regularly ok we were outdoors, I dont wheeze to much but it does make you think, also walking across a rafter back with a double 6 M regular without any safety gear, thank christ those days are gone, good money at the time though
