Why are we not following the US airlines? they are all up 3-4%. Jet 2 is up 3%.

In time this will recover..its a no brainer at these prices..Remember RR went up to over £2 in a couple of weeks..this will be the same in due course. It's just a matter of waiting. Debt is coming down fast. The wars are obviously affecting the economy and oil prices are an unknown at the moment. DYOR.

Because of the impact of wars...and interest rates but results are still excellent..at some stage this will rally. Patience is needed..its not just airlines , its also other sectors.

As we can see , the results were very good..this has nothing to do with how good they are and more to do with the world right now..in normal circumstances this would have jumped 10% at least but this means when world order is restored this will be much higher. IMO.

Maj101, nothing to be excited about but we are up!! markets must be excited about it. DYOR always and dont listen to doommngers!!!

So why are we still down?? this is controlled in such a way that any good results would not be enough. Topping up is on the cards for me now.. Nice and cheap, it will rise with a bit of time. Cheers. IMO.

With all the pretty amazing statistics to come from the results, i reckon the share price will go up. I think the summer was the best in terms of financial performance EVER. lets see what they announce next week. All IMHO.

And US airlines have given higher rises to workers, much higher than European airlines have..Thats why European airlines will fare better. Any wage rise is in the context that wages were lowered by 20-25% at some airlines during covid. All IMO.

AAL warned markets earlier and so did Spirit as fuel costs have riisen..But....

Us markets are shooting up..don't get why iag is stuck at these levels, we should be over £1.70 for sure. I am sure this is coming as results come out. Debt should be going down nicely. And if they have plenty of money to pay for certaing things!!!!it can only be good news coming. I am optimistic. DYOR.
