MM, From what I understood JLP would be fine without the GLR Zinc feed-in because we can still recover Vanadium and Lead besides Zinc? Doesn’t the GLR situation just extend the life of the current resource to 20 years rather than the expected 10?

You may not want this too early, if it then raises the “risk of placing “ brigades! Much rather have this once we prove cash generation at Kabwe!

JLP have stated in their presentations that they have a new Copper/Cobalt recovery process. Assume conversations are ongoing! First thing is to get Kabwe up and running to increase current earnings substantially, then move on!

If all this falls into place then the earnings uplift would help blow 2020 out of the water, when combined with Kabwe, as well! Lots to look forward to!

TBTT, not meant to be gloomy. Just a little bit confused by the new 6 month reporting timetable. I may be wrong on this but I thought the next quarter is also the year end and therefore there be no financials issued because these then need to be audited hence my November date? I am then assuming nothing until December close which means Q1 of next year? If my assumption is wrong happy to be told otherwise. In terms of your other items I just feel the market needs numbers to understand what’s going to happen? Personally I think they should have continued with quarterly reporting until Q1next year which would provide better guidance to the market and allow an earlier SP response.

34DegSth, totally agree on control of head office costs. This challenge is the same for all companies with multiple income streams in different jurisdictions. Hopefully Kabwe is so big it doesn’t matter!

I thought there were about £40m+ of historic tax losses so no tax to pay for a while? Also have the SP 6.9 and 22 are nice numbers but anything north of 3p would be comforting for the moment!!

Comment has been made that Platinum is under $800, no mention that Palladium is back up at $1378 which would be providing a cushion on the basket price as this is 40% of the mix!

The annoying thing is that the SP is supposed to be forward looking not backward! I suppose that’s the joy of AIM, value is only given when proof is provided in the bank!

Troajan, the falling Platinum price is always used as an excuse! It ignores the Fine Chrome and other potential volume processing uplifts which should support the SP. Think the real issue is simply a lack of comms to say what is happening?
