As Colin’s the king of answer avoidance not sure that’ll help!

I’m not convinced it’s a trust issue. It’s an open secret on targeting another major deal. The question is how is it going to be financed, with the assumption of another placing. If we did it using cash then that would unlock the SP. Until this pops I’m not sure it’s going too far?

Talk was of the Glenover sale a few weeks back, which caused the recent spike in the SP, then nothing happened because of wanting to hold onto rare earths? Maybe the time to do a deal is now?

Disappointed on the Kabwe development timeline, hopefully this is pessimistic. Like the cash generation. Maybe they can give up placings and actually buy shares back!

Datacheck, good spot...looks as though progress will continue...only slowed by Covid restrictions. Q4 could still be a starter?

I’ve always thought that a lot of the placings over the last few year's were more about company survival rather than full direction. It only seems that they have gone fully on the recycling route and hired Leon that they now have deals that show an improving bottom line which should start to feed into the SP? Hopefully placings will increasingly be on our terms?

Moneyhawk, re the Zinc circuit. As no one can accurately forecast the future re prices and I’m not sure how long Copper would take to switch to Zinc isn’t it better to have both running to minimise risk/maximise opportunity?

Which would indicate that SP is currently 2x 2020 earnings. Very low rating especially when they bring Zinc on in H2 via GLR pushing earnings further!

Oiltap, I appreciate the whole story is good, just find the timing of tips against actual lack of progress interesting. The cynic in me thinks it’s all a bit suspicious? Then again if an RNS arrives tomorrow saying Glenover has been sold I’m quite happy to eat my words!

Ismailia, what I find interesting is that the last period of high activity, which ended in the placing, was caused by rumours of a Glenover sale through a tip sheet. All quiet now until more money is needed!
