Lots of chrome is at fixed margin, may $10 , I think we keep the PGM as a consequence. Thutse is supposed to produce much higher margin. H1 margin seemed squashed as a result of sourcing at higher margin whilst selling at lower margin. Hoping the reverse is currently true so much better margin in H2?

Need that production update to really do anything? Probably still unlikely though!

We should be looking to take 60%+ of the net earn if the partner is only providing funding, as we are providing the knowledge? The second option is to go it alone but this would be reliant on getting the plants in place effectively, as payback period is minimal?

Two separate doesn’t stop centralised treasury functions. It would be stupid to have cash in one and pay interest on the other because it doesn’t?

Although I think we should be valued more highly due to growth prospects my fear is we will only move on result until a track record is showing.

Still think the OB1 deal is the one to follow especially at a better % share. Cash free earn on potentially massive volume must be very tempting considering JLP would be living hand to mouth to fund it themselves?

To try and rescue the SP it would be good if Leon could show that we are actively talking to more than one party on OB1 which might show we are in a good negotiating position?

Basically, and as per usual, Leon has completely misunderstood the market. He should issue a forecast of volume for H2, especially Copper? I still don’t understand why they can’t nail themselves to the mast on this? After all we’re in April already?

One question is how much is Chrome going to contribute in H2? If the price has recovered then there should be reasonable margin in our own stock assuming the purchase price remains the same?
