If the company is not making any money then the bod should cut or suspend salary

I do think the bod should be sensitive to shareholders increasing salary in times of no return is not acceptable

Like to know why James deserves the salary?

At present none on the board should get a bonus because there has been no return to us shareholders....things are grim and lack of posts show weariness with matters....

Not unless they raise cash by issuing more shares thereby diluting. Often a cash raise reduces the value of your existing holding because the sp drops.....
