Also just want to add the £11k income is possibly before all expenses ie Bill's and staff salary.

I think...
The income for the business is £11k every month
However the £9K is possibly his yearly turnover
And is probably a loss from last year
Example would be his year turnover £9k and last year it was £13k (that's adding the £4k)
I think that's right.

Oh, just wanted to add.
If they do get the EWT and CPR out then sell hopefully this will take the value up considerable but I'm sure any buys would want a full look into what is actually at hand, it's like buying a house I'm sure it's better priced if someone has already got planning permission before you buy.

I agree with you, it most certainly makes sense that there may be a possibility of being sold here. In my own opinion selling it is perhaps less hassle than digging for gold so to speak. That way they can use the money for the other projects. However if all this does go ahead what can this possibly do to our SP? Surely we must get some sort of return back!

This drop is normal,
What a lot of people do is sell and think it will go down a good amount so they can buy again but some do fail to realise that it may not fall that much also it may not even fall at all. However looking at it this morning it is sliding a little.
Either way I have a decent amount and will be holding till we get our news after the elections.
I would advise to hold too.
It's silly really those that are selling as they may not be able to buy back.
