I was in HSBC in 2016

HSBC Share Price from 420p to 754p within 12 months

This sell off is a massive bonus to us long term Investors IMHO with a buy back :-)

Charlie boy will be starting up the buy back machine ( eating up unloved shares) just at the right time then :-)

Saying that paying a good dividend must come first...

Lloyd's Banking Group buying share back at today share price is good business compared to previous buy back purchase prices IMHO

I feel the best times are coming here over the next 18 months or so and I been waiting since 2009 for Lloyd's to leave the station.

I also support buying shares back below 60p

Our new CEO been keeping his head down, us Lloyd's owners / shareholders are very much in the dark, it's his opportunity to get all stakeholders on his side .

I just want to be paid for investing my savings here , share price movements is down to the market makers, our Dividend is down to the Board of Directors.

I managed ok when the dividend was withheld.... It's a nasty move and turned out not to be needed

Today, I am now looking forward to see a return to a normal distribution again :-)

So Just happy to pick up my dividend

That's one advantage of having a sizable holding in a top FTSE 100 stock like Lloyd's Banking Group if she pays a dividend you can just on with life enjoying each day .

No more having to get up for that daily commute
