Good Weekend Gerry557 Hope you are ok And nice to chat again, with an old HSBC shareholder Don't hold any banks to date ( I feel another massive hit under PPI coming ) Yeah so I turned up here now, I agree little away from my trading history BUT I don't want to repeat my reasons ( I like do this after a good night out ) hahahahaha I just need to look at the 12 month chart Better to buy British Gas shares in the winter time especially if they dropped 40% over the past 12 months ( Solid FTSE100 Stock ) Weather conditions on our side here as well here in the UK and in North America where I believe we also have customers :-) I do also expect the Final Dividend to stay around 8p for 2017 due to the bigger than predicted profit for the last 3 months :-) Fingers crossed, I can get lucky here, I reckon 180p to 200p here within 3 months Just a gut feeling, oversold , and now most undervalued share on the FTSE 100 value share , having a Cold winter and a juicy 9 % dividend to warm the cockles if she stays around todays prices What more does a value / income investor want :-) here ? OK going to the phone my old mate Sid, to tell British shares are a bargain prices again :-) HAPPY WEEKEND :-)

As it's been very cold outside and we happy to continue paying our loyal shareholders 8p dividend in May 2018 that will get this baby motoring north bound again Make my words a scramble to get back on board again :-)

Looking to top up tomorrow I feel we going to pop over the next few weeks Freezing cold weekend coming up ramp up the Gas heating folk's :-)

Yes Happy New Year Littleaston :-) This un-loved share reminds me little like Tesco share price that sank to the lows 130s and she's recovered to well over 200p Everyone was screaming Audi / Lidl cheaper prices blah blah blah She in time bounced back to well over 200p So yes Happy New Year all :-) New Year, New Page Nothing comes easy in life so I expect a fair battle Roll on Tuesday 2nd January 2018 I say The Fun and games begin :-)

Good Day Littleaston Never realised you was in here as well ... nice ... Good to see I am good company :-) Yeah you know me I like to buy, where I honestly feel / hope and pray to see a little return in capital on the Journey Its only my gut feeling, but I feel CNA ( British Gas ) is a little over sold in 2017 Fingers crossed / gut feeling we could see 30% to 40% capital gains in 2018 if we don't have any major world disasters in early 2018 Don't have any sell price in mind, as I like to sit back a while watching the share price movements, If it takes longer than hoped the 9% Yield will do for now I am still 50% cash so got powder in the Bank if the sell off continues here to top up ( average down ) Regarding Lloyds I sold out at 67.26p hoping to buy back below 66p I was little top heavy holding Lloyds also feel we see a few more PPI provisions over the next 18 months IMHO Basically CNA ( British Gas ) ticks a few boxes in my investment strategy - A little un-loved and on the cheap side Million Dollar question will be will I be buying more here ( averaging down ) or buy back some Lloyds shares in the mid 60s ???? Happy New year Littleaston I recon we both going to make some ££££ here in 2018 IMHO this is 200p to 300p share :-)
