With the cheap pound I can see more wealthy overseas investors wanting to buy cheap British Assets IMHO

Sandpit You need a chunky deposit to get a mortgage these days Hence why many are renting and paying over �1000 a month Its sad really, when interest rates are so low they not taking the advantage for the low interest rates on the table

In my defence I stopped calling for my �1 here from May 2009 and in May 2013 once I released the extent of PPI going to cost the Group Billions over the next few years At the time I sold all my Lloyds shares at 63p at good profit all 106,000 But that's over 5 years ago and PPI is now finally coming to an end and we now paying a good Dividend and starting to a buy back programme all which tick my boxes when investing in a solid FTSE100 Stock At the time I sold all my Lloyds shares at 63p all 106,000 of them After moonlighting with other stocks and losing many short term battles with short traders combinations of mostly lucky wins after months and months of that what seemed Battling against the odds Now Back to finish of my original job Holding nearly 430,000 black Horse shares, Blimey Guvnor, to finally pick up my pound here before I wave you all goodbye for good :-) Antonio my 5 year countdown clock has started Make my DAY !!

Correct My company SAYE I investing max £500 per month in return I get a 10% discount shareprice and pray the share price is higher after 3 year's I BELIEVE MY total outlay of £18k goes onto my company's coffers :-) for the shareholders returns
