It looks very much like all the top investors in AFC agree to let DeNora in at a knock down price for their work and expertise,that in itself would be good news for us PI too always kept in the dark about anything,if DeNora take a slice it means warranty and production will follow....what really bugs me is when and how legally do MM get the nod to walk the price down.....?

This is what I think for what is worth it.....since most probably only the big investors will be allow to buy this fundraising,they decided to go for quantity and instead of 10p why not 5p.....very hopefully this will for manufacturing (and in the end we will all benefit) and will include DeNora....the big investors in here are not short of a few bobs,our wizard of lies CEO knows very well that he trapped us small PI in here with his web of lies,if he would grow a pair and be fair to all investors big or small he would give us a lifeline somehow.....myself and I think many more PI would be happy to get our money back and get the hell out of here......

Hello Strontium.....I do not agree with that either....most companies are made up by big institutions,in the case of AFC only 10% or so is made up by PI....even if we would all sell at the same time we would not make a big dent in the sp....the derisory sp price is due to the past 3 years of lies by out wizard of oz turned pinocchio CEO and now by a geriatrics and outdated silent BOD....

Strontium....I don't think you are right by saying companies don't like small Pi.....ultimately all companies need to tell the market how they are doing .....big investors have the advantage that they have inside knowledge but ultimately they invest to make money like us long suffering PI....

Chippyjo.....I know us pi are all a bit depress at the moment but how and why would Ii on their own accord do that?....what about all the other big investors here? Chippyjo I know you mean well......but just take it easy and let see what will happen..... I know is frustrating to have a £400000 a year whizzer of oz Ceo that jets all over the place on meetings and conventions and us long standing PI are none the wiser what he has to sell or achieved this far......The Jurassic and geriatrics BOD are not much help either.....

Monday we had 2 millions more share bought then sold and we close the day down a fraction....today we have already half a million sell which most probably was a day trader that bought on monday but stayed longer to make sure nothing else came out of the bag,let's see later were we will end the week....

Code 252 sell, and the price drop.....

500000 buy at 15.18 just popped up after close.....2.3 million shares bought and 300000 sold and we go down......mm at their very greedy best...when the cat is away,the rats do what they like....

AFC Energy PLC ("AFC Energy" or the "Company") Southern Oil Refinery Update - Receipt of Non-Refundable Deposit AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, is pleased to confirm receipt of a non-refundable deposit from Southern Oil Refinery Pty Ltd ("Southern Oil") as referred to in the Company's announcement of 12 July 2018. The Company will now commence the necessary engineering activities with Southern Oil to confirm the scale and final costing of the AFC Energy fuel cell system to be located in Queensland, Australia. The proceeds from the deposit will be used to fund the conduct of the engineering activities and AFC Energy's associated costs. We expect this initial engineering work to be concluded by late September / early October 2018 following which we will proceed to a confirmed purchase order for the installation of the system which we expect to be fully installed and available for operation and supply of clean energy to the Southern Oil refinery by the end of the first half 2019.
