Deliberately undercooking or deceiving the market and taking short cuts to a low ball MRE is not on NC or GGP agenda! Why do people keep talking about this?? We are unable to get fair value unless the resource is known, 25-30km of drill is going to do that.sot back,relax,stop harking on about takeovers and short cuts,gosh,is the end of the year really too long to wait?show me an aim company with better near term prospects!pfff

You know what I mean old! It will be seen as hostile by the industry,it’s not the way things are done,you don’t sign a jv and then when early signs are it’s what you want,bully your JV partner into an early deal.thats hostile,and certainly not how I’ve ever seen NC do business.

I thought you were a holder? Why are you on about early takeovers ?if there were one(and there won’t be) do you not see how that’s a bad situation for GGP? Patience is all we need,after MRE,things could move,before,I’m saying categorically not. But as always that’s just my opinion fwiw

Why do people think firstly that NC are going to try and screw us,and secondly that GGP would accept a random valuation early for what could be the biggest find in decades!

There won’t be a takeover or any offer before MRE! Mark my words! But no doubt the board will keep harping in about it in their attempt to Ramp or out of boredom!

Lastly I am sure anyone can see here that in that very very remote possibility ,WE and GGP get screwed,so why even entertain the thought! We have searched for years to find HAV and have a very clear contract spelling out how it works! We arnt selling early or in the cheap! It’s just not happening as you would have to be brain dead to go for it!even if it’s a huge offer before knowing the extent of the resource.

Sicilian - whilst you have a point and for a long time i HAV said we need to manage our expectations and frankly stop talking about 20moz as its just silly(possibly) but I feel still pretty unlikely and something no other explorer WW have done in the last 10 years, so no mean feat even if the ducks are lining up!

Where i disagree with you, and I am also trying to manage my own expecations and be conservative, is on your $100 in the ground valuation . This is auzie miners, they get far more than the rest of the world, also that $100 industry average you are using, we will get much more in AUS, not least due to jurisdiction etc, but have people missed the ready made processing plant down the road? Only we have this, other discoveries values at 100 in the ground dont have this, I think these two in combination warrant the $200 in ground start point, the argument for higher is also valid, as we ahve the industry experts being NC in block cave, reducing costs in comparison to other miners due to their technnology, and last but my no means least, is anyone doubting this will be a high grade mine? I think we are nailed on for 2GRM per ton average but possibly higher, all of these aspects make a far stronger case than your $100 dollars there Sicilian, more than happy for counter arguments back, I dont like people getting carried away either, but with the above considerations, do you not see the logic in the $200 assumption?

totally agree ToblerRone, no reason or need to down play the size of the resource, quite the opposite, NC need positive news, 70% of a large asset is far better than 70% of a small asset, Anyway, I would expect our 5% to be a contract of fair market value, if they release an MRE without having found the edge, then I would assume the contract would state initial 5% based on current estimate, with further payments at same rate as resource expands etc, NC will want this front and center if anything over 5mox, also MRE's are scientific, you can just fake the maths to stop the drilling without finding the edge otherwise how do you make the economics work and make decisions to mine etc, as SB said, you dont want to sink the decline in the wrong place, this to me means they will not issue an MRE until they have found the edge or they would risk putting an exploration decline or a block cave in the wrong place, what if what we have so far is just the SE corner of ministration and the main mother load is actually NW of HAD 23, entirely possible. This will be done above board and in the correct manner, just sit on your hands folks, even at 5.5MOZ we are making money from here, and I think most are expecting more and really hoping for a high grade tier one! Managed another wee top up at 4.58, buying the dips has served me very well as a strategy on this share. Not long to wait folks. Buy the dips and switch off,that’s a lot of drilling outside of our main resource,I’m not thinking those have all missed,quite the opposite

Antigua,I disagree slightly,it’s improbable for sure,but you could do a jv which is stepped! Ie: Is if 2moz you get 50%,if 5moxz you get 30% of 10moz you get 10% etc,then also tied that into drilling spend! It’s possible,but unlikely

Whilst it’s possible for 25p on 20moz,maybe higher,I think we need to manage our expectations here guys! F me!20moz,we all want it,it’s def possible,but no one is commenting on how god damn lucky we would be to get it. That’s why I am still in and holding with an amazing average and still topping up (last one at 5p)

But just for a moment can we discuss just how lucky we have to be! This is once in a lifetime stuff,anything more than 5moz isn’t nailed on imo,although I strongly believe we are above 7.5 especially if had 23 infill prove we extend! But by Jesus!20moz! We are talking about it like it’s nailed on,dead cert,happens all the time! This will be world class,that’s why I’m here,NC don’t move for less than 3moz,their speed an telfer feed encourages me that they too think there is more! I love a dream,but for a moment,just remember,20moz,even with the results we have! It’s flipping lotto ticket stuff,derisked lotto ticket,sure,but very far from a sure thing.
