Currently 173 million shares in issue will become around 700 million in issue is my guess

I think the new shares are priced around 30p if the 150 millon is for 75% of the bank

If main shareholder puts 102 million in now owns 53%. Other people put 48 million in to make the total 150 million. Sounds like 75% of bank has been given away and all previous share holdwrs own the remaining 25%. Does anyone agree?

Metro only have 70 odd branches which are in big cities and 80% of rent is covered by safe box rents. Surely this would be a good buy for a online bank.

The board have been a joke. Very little announecments or clarifying. Failed to pass on offers takeover offers to shareholders.

Yes good results. Even at £5.00 a share thats 6.2% dividend this yr. And more buybacks next yr.

With the 2.5% increase in mortgage rate they will probably pay 2% more on ppls savings rates to 0.5% of 12 billion more like the extra profit

Hamm. The bought back shares are cancelled to reduce the number of shares in issue. This reduces future dividend payment costs. How do you think it helps employees get free shares ?

Is the tax only going to be on the extra ordinary profits? What are they going to base ordinary on? Last yr p*ss poor lockdown profits, the average of last 5 yrs?

The extra profits would take 1 to 2 yrs to offset the 25 billion write off though. Now they want to take the extra profits away. Realistically will take yrs now to offset the write off.

Therefore i cannot see bo hitting 5 quid a share any year soon
