I contacted them direct asking why such a rash raise and at such a discount at a time with no news on the horizon to sell the placing killing the share price and sentiment even further. The response I got was in difficult markets such as these they need to take advantage of an opportunity to raise. Shocking explanation! Kiran is clearly incapable of anything what so ever that would return value to shareholders, quite the opposite. He needs to go now!

The markets have been exceptionally difficult for small cap mining and exploration companies over the past few years. AIM listed mining and resource companies, and companies investing into the sector have almost without exception endured challenging conditions. These conditions mean that if a Company needs to raise money it has to take advantage of the opportunities as they become available.

Like you, Kiran is a shareholder in the Company and is fully cognisant of the situation. If you look back through announcements over the past few years, you will see the board regularly purchase shares in the company, and most recently (October 2023) Kiran purchased shares at 0.074p.

Yes I have received the email. The banding seems very fair I’m more than happy with that. Shows there must be high interest.

There is 2 form on the email. The first one allows to add txt to the form. The second one does not. Will that need printed off, filled in and emailed as a PDF? Can anyone shed some light on that please?

Can anyone who has attended one of the zoom calls confirm how the fee is calculated please? So it a % of what your investment was capped at £500? Not sure I can make the final call I just want to know what the fee would be for me if my total investment was £8200?

Thanks for the response Stas sounds promising. So who exactly would be forced to pay us the money back if COPL are no more and would we ever be likely to get the funds back in our lifetime if we did win the case?

Has there been any indication if we do win, what that might look like? How will we even be paid if the co have gone bust, how much are we likely to get back if we do win and how long that might take? Iv not been able to get on any zoom calls and I’m just trying to work out weather paying up to almost 5% of my money to fight this case after already losing £8000+. I’m worried it’s throwing good money after bad money or if it does cost between £300-500 the win would have to be substantial to make that money back plus my investment.

I’d like to add I appreciate all the good work that has been done here fighting the good fight.

What is yours/others expectation should we actually win?
