Stebo, you are mincing words. The $240m debt facility won't be released in any way or form until ratification is completed, whether in bits or 1 lump sum is irrelavent it's that binary.

Stebo in my understanding the banks took longer due to the extended debt facility from $190m - $240m and the AFC bank only gave their final approvals in march, however you are wrong about ratification because without it the $240M will NOT be released to kefi, so it is what we are waiting for presently.

Good reply as always crazytowner but the fact remains they are and have been holding this up for along time. Why? I'm at a loss as the TK mine project is creating thousands of good paying jobs and improved living standards. So why aren't they on this? Ohh yes, it's Africa.

AFC was made a country member 2 years ago, yes 2 years! ago, it doesn't take 2 years to ratify they are deliberately holding it up. What we don't know is why?

Mithrel I wouldn't be posting deadlines for ratification, just don't. You're starting to sound like Adams and he hasn't hit one of his many deadlines/targets even once. It's like the boy that cried wolf, eventually believes a word of it. That's why we are sat @ half a penny for a year. Adams has destroyed sentiment. He needs to actually deliver.

That's the dictionary definition but in mining the word 'imminent' is used very loosely and is very ambiguous. Best to ignore it.
