Still 2 regular battalions. Used to be 3.
Not sure how many TA battalions these days but used to be 4 5 6 and 7 battalions.

I done 6 yrs in the TA in my younger years. 6 Royal Anglians who were an infantry battalion since disbanded .
I left just as the SA80 was introduced to the regular army but the SLR was indeed a killing weapon whereas the SA80 with its smaller round was intended to also wound thus tieing up enemy to get wounded away. I did fire an SA80 on a range a few times and is an extremely accurate bit of kit and since redesigned after hundreds of initial fixes and tweaks.
I was section gunner so had to lug a gimpy (GPMG) about but was a serious serious weapon and still used by SAS and SBS today. It was almost orgasmic sending away 3 round bursts of 7.62 destruction.

I'm in 6mill here so hoping between this UFO and COPL my life may change for the better.

Just for clarity MMgames I was online late last night as was doing some OOH work for a client who wanted an Oracle security patch applied to their live system. I have 4 monitors so easy to have a film streaming on one, email and live chat t client on another, actually working on one and reading your crap on the another.
