Manage a 12-member cross-functional (engineers, product specialists, marketing & sales operators, risk manager and business analysts). Key achievements include:
- Implementing business line partnerships across the four product strategies, implementing smart task manager applications within the business lines to achieve an optimally tailored product
- Increasing operational productivity by enhancing business model procedures to adapt to a cloud based, automated, digital platform
- Enhancement of risk management through reinforcement of data security, data loss and data breach risks to ensure compliance with the international financial and market abuse regulatory framework;
- Co-ordination of three external strategic partnership teams, collaborating on market strategy, user design experience and digital architecture systems
- Improvement of process security through adoption of blockchain ledger technology (in relation to trading, documentation and contracts) and working with external partner teams, leading in crypto currency and machine learning systems
- Reinforcement of company market strategy through scaling multiple physical and virtual ecosystems, co-ordinating with design partners to ensure more consistent brand management and experience
- Development, in collaboration with machine learning engineers, the exploration of the potential of Internet of Things tools and associated datasets in order to train neural networks for credit risk assessment models in order to enhance the strategic potential of an end to end strategic digital platform
