I’m a shareholder and I’m in for hopefully a long jolly ride but when directors issue more shares at a reduced price and don’t offer them to us shareholders, that IMO is greed. We will have to disagree on this fact but hopefully we will have a momentous ride!

Directors can always buy at market price but they are offering themselves shares (warrants attached) at reduced market price! Greed IMO

Hi all
As we are talking about POW and KAV, I have a holding in both and as at today MY OWN OPINION would be that POW is the one to buy. Why because very wide spread investment, ie 13 different investments, metals, countries, cheap underpriced ie £25M. Companies to be floated on stock markets. Joint ventures. Good bank balance. CEO keeps shareholders up to date regarding information. Good go on IMO
