RE: Do people here still believe in a long-term multi-bagger potential?4 Sep 2025 11:49
I believe this could go to 1pound by 2030 (scaled precision fermentation), 2pound circa 2035 (when lab meat takes a hold), possibility with over hype we see an un realistic spike that is higher.
There will be dilution for sure but when you look at some of the potential ceilings/acquisitions of these companies though, even diluted many of these holdings could 10x.
Lib Bio is stand alone. ANIC holds 40%, New agrarian holds about 12%. Both Jims companies. The last funding round ANIC loaned money to Lib Bio to get over the line. Make no mistake, this is Jims baby and he will not let it fail. Also he will try his hardest to ensure all expansion is funded by loans and grants, of course if Neom say they want to replicate immediately in Saudi then Neom will be a majority owner of that plant but not Richmond.
I truly believe that Lib Bio will be worth around 40p (10x current valuation) of the SP in the next few years.
On the flip side of this, if you look at Solar foods presentation they are clearly looking for maximum amount of grants to remain in the EU/Finland. They will need more funding (in process) to begin F02 in the new year but the dilution will be less impactful if free money is added. Also they have sold all product till 2028 which means they will have borrowing possibilities.
Then there is the beauty of scaling in Lib Bio, no additional funding needed. Prove scale, show profits and then you can borrow (All G).
JM said in a recent interview that Lib Bio is full to capacity from the off, only 1 contract signed but its clear to me that it will be filled by 1 or 2 portfolio companies. Announcements pending (Then SP will move imo)
As i say there will be dilution, particularly in companies JM does not have a board seat, but companies like lib, Bio, All G, Clean food, Meatly I think it will be much less.
