"In relation to the termination of Mr. Matyushok as the CEO, to the best of the Directors’ knowledge, information and belief, and having made all reasonable enquiries, the Board is not aware of any disagreement between Mr. Matyushok and the Board or any matters that need to be brought to the attention of holders of securities of the Company"
Simply put, his face no longer fitted. No disgrace I can see there. It happens in business.

Let me correct that for you:
"EUA, over the time I’ve seen you posting RNSs you occasionally through in snippets like this intimating that you have deal information circulating around the Company, but each and every time it fails to come to anything"
"What I don't agree with is basically being told, as a shareholder, i am funding the Russian War efforts."
The only people actually investing in EUA are those who bought shares directly from the company, via IPO and placements. Everyone else is just buying shares from other people. Buying shares on the open market does not put any money into the company at all, and so does not sponsor their business activities.
That's irrelevant to my point (although they were clearly pressured, so not voluntary). Renault was nationalised, as it is now in the nation's ownership. The price was two roubles - not a fair going rate.
The final glide computer is saying it is going to be close to get in, and the sky is dead. All that is between us and a glorious return home is a small village and some trees. As we approach, we've already written off a circuit, we've dumped our water and the wheel is still up to eek out the glide. Everything says we'll make it, but one lump of sink, one blip on the FLARM needing a divert, a sudden cluttered landing point needing to overfly and long, one distracting radio call...and its a dump into the first field that presents itself. It is now binary, and the decision point is imminent. Staring at the final glide, watching the height tick down, watching the airfield approach, nothing that can now be done, but on high alert nonetheless. The only certainty is that it will all be over very soon, whatever the outcome...
