chris ells really needs to go . if it was down to me id sack them all and start again as they all seem incompetent and have a combined age between 3 of them of about 200 plus years. the fact that he doesnt communicate or respond to questions from the handfull of biggest shareholders of his company owning between them over 30 percent is disgusting and add that to his general rambling demeanour i really think it is time for him to step down and let someone younger with some drive take over.
