Not quite sure why the SP has dropped today on what appears to be buys. Spread is quite large but with only 17.56 Million shares in public hands the price is going to fluctuate quite a bit on low volumes but it does not explain today's drop, indeed the drop since they pushed out those amazing figures. Perhaps it is unloved and shows how fickle the AIM investors are.
Agree rylidan. This is very undervalued and I expect at least £1 by year end. Also look forward to another divi which is probably on the cards, they are raking it in.
Hi Blue: Not panicking just bloomin annoyed that this superbly run company generating lots of revenue etc is being overlooked by ii's and pi's. Some people could'nt see a good company if it jumped up and smacked them round the head. Either I am to logical for the roulette table knows as the AIM or it is being manipulated to death. Am sure that a couple of weeks I read somewhere that the chancellor may do something about more regulating of the AIM and MM's in the next budget statement, sadly I can't remember where I read it, Torygraph probably, I hope so as some of the activity is bordering criminal (COMS is a prime example of BOD skulduggery and another one of my losers).
Why am I not suprised! AIM...the sooner I get out the better.
RNS is nothing less than expected by both of us. Thanks for posting the numbers and expect someine will wake up and realise this company is heavily undervalued. Am on my not so smartphone today and typing with dodgy eyes and salami size fingers is bloomin hard.
Why people are selling off with results due out tomorrow? Just re-read Feb's trading report and since then they are in a better cash position, have grown their business and are generating plenty of revenue. As per the norm on AIM, I expect the share price will drop on tomorrows good news. Way undervalued company IMHO.
Just shows how ridiculous the AIM is. Seems you are getting closer to your wish Jolly.
I agree with everything you have said Smiley. Every time they put out a postive RNS the share price drops and if you look at be buys v sells so far today the share price should have risen. MM's? Who knows but I noticed the spread has dropped considerably today, all we can do is sit and wait as once this starts to run it will have legs longer than Svetlana Pankratova (who has the world records longest legs). May sell at £1 which I think it should reach before the end of the year. Until then I will enjoy the divi's.
Libero, for once I am looking forward to a companies results. This company has got great backing putting it in a great cash position and along with its expansion and growth am expecting some really good numbers from this vastly undervalued company. Can only surmise they delayed the annual results as they want to issue a H1 trading update at the same time OR they were mid aquasition and wanted to announce it with the annual results. Either way am expecting some good numbers.
Am happy that XLM are doing thorough due diligence before realising any acquisition, it shows they are not throwing money away and will only acquire companies that are easy to integrate and hit the ground running with revenue streams. Is PLUS a customer? Who knows but XLMs share price seems to be in synergy with PLUS looking at the charts so may well be. I thought XLMedia relocated from Israel to Jersey. Agree with Chris, there will probably be no trading update until July but who knows they may announce an acquisition as there must be something going on in the background and not sitting on their laurels.
Not sure why PLUS's issues are affecting XLM but I do see they have dropped significantly over the last few days. If it hits 50p I am definitely buying more.
Well they have an AGM in a couple of days time, maybe something will come from that. They will probably push out and interim statement in a month or so. Not sure the business model is that hard to understand even if you only have an "O" level in witchcraft and map-making it seems simple enough. They do generate lots of cash, enough to pay a decent divi. May sell some of my other rubbish performing shares and put it in here if it drops any further.
Hope it recovers after yesterdays debacle. Can not see why the drop was so big unless there is a big order being filled somewhere. Given their performance yesterdays drop seemed ludicrous.
Agree it is nice to see but it appears the rest of the world needs convincing given the big sells going on for no apparent or obvious reason. Certainly not based on their results.
Ruining my day selling in 15000 chunks. Hope they get a puncture on the way home and their dinner is in the dog. Great set of results and this will grow and grow.
RNS was worth the wait and the company is still grossly undervalued IMO.
Thanks for all the groundwork Libero. I have a long way to go just to break even (64% down even after todays healthy, and justified, rise). Am here for the long term but it would be nice to get back to a break even point this year as this is way undervalued as it was last year. They just need to get some hard cash in and then its katching all round.
Great admirer of your works Jolly but: Revenue increased by 424% to £4.59m (H1 2013: £0.87m) Profit after tax increased by 2,643% to £0.96m (H1 2013: £0.035m) Earnings per share increased by 1,700% to 4.14p from 0.23p Net cash at 30 June 2014 of £0.45m (H1 2013: £0.12m) Am expecting their cash situation to be in excess of £1m given their expansion and onboarding of more subscribers but agree, lack of numbers makes it hard to determine but I can't see a placing. IMO the share price is way to low, but I am no expert.
Another great RNS and the share price nosedives, AIM is unbelievable! Expect the final results will be in May as they did last year and maybe we will get an Interim this month, hope so. The definitely need to show that cash is rolling in and believe their expansion over the last 12 months and subsequent inevitable growth in subscriptions should show a good cash balance. IMHO.
Agree with you Libero. Given the low number of shares being traded am not going to lose any sleep over this, in fact over the day it has more or less broke even (so far). They are generating plenty of revenue and if they get overly cash rich they would probably become a takeover target. Plenty of revenue coming in and if I had spare cash I would buy at this level.
