Why is everyone shouting about this placing, which has been expected for weeks, although some said UKOG would not raise enough support for one - Now is the time to use that saved ammunition ;-)

Now it would really wake the market up if the directors made a substantial purchase (not part of the DDSPP), and it was RNS'd on Monday morning ;-)

and here's why .......

the director will purchase shares from the market on the first Friday of each month for a period of 12 months. Consequently, the first DDSPP purchase is expected to occur on Friday July 2(nd)

Entering into the DDSPP will not preclude the director from buying additional shares in the Company during open periods

The market will be notified of the share purchases under the DDSPP on the next trading day via a PDMR: Director's dealing notification

Currently holding 6.5 million shares and 6.98% down on my holding (well not really as they were purchased with profits from last (big) spike in April - am I worried - NO I'M NOT ;-)

If they drop I'll be buying more, as will a few others, I'm sure.
