Its not a repayment default and there is a waiver in place. Its not something that I would be that much worried about,there are other things more important.

Really hope many people haven't sold for a considerable or any loss here,especially people who have been here a good few years. I know that a lot of people were impatiently waiting todays news to see where we are positioned in term of moving forward. Boy,there was a lot of noise. Some agenda spooking,some being scared, some just probably and regrettably throwing the towel.

After digesting it all day ,that optimist in me is saying this is actually getting closer and closer together now then ever before. As someone mentioned before, Cuda is bottleneck.
Court approval in 6 weeks. Once that done and dusted,the real money making journey starts!
Don't write off seeing this share in a pounds in Autumn-Winter time.

Just check where it was just over a year ago and its prospects and where it is now and what are the future possibilities if all plays out well.
