Sold all mine this morning, for a loss but honestly I feel this going nowhere. 26 years and not a single sale, 15 months on from the grand opening ‘with many interested parties’ not a single sale. Failed project after failed project and smoke and mirrors from management who couldnt sell water to a thirsty man.

Will it be superseded by newer, better technology? Probably at this rate.

Anyway best of luck to all those clinging on in dear hope but after 7 years or so of nothing in return Im out and never to set foot in the murky aim market again. Ciao

Hydrogen is gaining traction, I was at the Port of Tilbury yesterday and there was a hydrogen event on as the port look to transition over to Hydrogen.

Roleking, tough pill to swallow but at 80% down may as well hold, you never know, divine intervention may shine up on us but admittedly it seems unlikely.

Nothing came of the CMD, over a year on we now know the interested leads weren’t really interested at all, another load BS just like we dont need to raise funds 2 days before a raise.

The money wont last 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things, certainly wont get them over the line to a working site anywhere. Struggling to see a way back from here currently.

I really hope it pays off, it does feel like we’re back where we once where, and why were we not in discussions already with these interested parties without the middle man, or woman in this case.

Im with Testpack, dusted off an oldy and rereleased. Its all just waffle with very little, if any, substance.

FS-06: For the reasons detailed below NI Water recommend that this application for planning approval should be Refused.

There is no public foul sewer within 20m of the proposed development boundary.

The receiving foul sewerage network has reached capacity. The public system cannot presently serve this development proposal

without significant risk of environmental harm and public dis-amenity including pollution, flooding and detrimental impact on existing

properties. NI Water has no plans within its current investment cycle to upgrade sewerage in this Drainage Area and is recommending

connections to the system are curtailed.

The Applicant is advised to consult directly with NI Water. The applicant will need to submit an application to NI Water for a

Wastewater Impact Assessment. NI Water will assess the proposal to see if an alternative drainage or treatment solution can be

agreed. Subject to successful outcome and subject to re-consultation, NI Water may reconsider its recommendation.

CAP-01 - The downstream catchment is constrained by an overloaded Sewer.

This proposal is constrained by one or more of the following:

1. Where existing customer properties have suffered internal and/or external flooding, and remain at risk of further flooding. The

additional flow from this proposal will lead to further disamenity to existing customers. This information has been validated, verified

and signed off by Northern Ireland Utility Regulator.

2. One or more downstream Unsatisfactory Intermittent Discharges (UID's) which are causing an negative impact on the environment.

These issues are outlined in the following section. This information has been validated, verified and signed off by our environmental

regulator the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA).

There are 3 downstream Unsatisfactory Intermittent Discharges (UIDs) located at Ballymena Technical College Combined Sewer

Overflow (CSO), Raceview Road CSO and Spencestown Terminal Pumping Station which all discharge to Braid River.

SP prediction for 26.. tough to call, if no news by the end of the financial year and a fund raise then 0.20-0.30, patents only holding up the price, that can't be sustainable though if no sales.

Even if they sell one or two it will still be years away from generating any income for PHE so guessing at a spike before it dwindles away again, to where I do not know.
