An element of protectionism from MP, but interestingly enough MKA are very close to being fully integrated mine/refine/recycle. Oh and producing magnets.

As of 12th June EXIM were already involved with MKA via the LOI. This was before the explosion in domestic magnet production. Fingers clearly in the right pies.
