How is your 12 month runway calculated?

PPA details? (cent per kw)
Monthly Cash flow impact from debt?
Updated Financials?

I actually think this is good news for Argo and as people have said, survival ain’t pretty sometimes.. but there are still a lot of missing pieces not allowing us to calculate specific cash runway etc.

I would like you to break down your calculations for the claim Argo is guaranteed 12 months please. I’m not leaning towards it being wrong or right, but I’d like to know where the 12 months comes from, I can’t calculate that without any PPA details being available, without updated financials and without understanding what cost the 75m remaining debt has on our cash flow each month..?

You two; either Hexam/HC are both spot on with your numbers usually, what overall debt do you calculate now for Argo? HC did you say 140m debt overall prior to this? So 140-84+35? Just looking for a view of this from people who are frankly, better at crunching the numbers than I am. Cheers if you see this amongst the drivel.

My anger towards Peter has nothing to do with the share price going down in a bear market. Any miner goes down in a btc bear market, never mind a global meltdown. Do you really think Peter is unpopular because of that?

History wouldn’t suggest a bull run in 2023, would it? More likely H2 2024 through into spring 2025 I think history suggests..?

Selling HELIOS to operate as a debt free small cap mining company in Canada makes a lot of sense too, if it’s possible/viable?

On Dec. 12, the company said it was close to restructuring without having to declare bankruptcy. At that time, it said it was in advanced negotiations to sell some of its assets and carry out an equipment financing transaction to strengthen its balance sheet and improve its liquidity.

To me says;

Selling some rigs and selling some to lease back? Speculation of course.

I assume it’s just the big freeze, across the entire east coast? The PPAs in place should cover revenue losses, as they have for riot in the past for example.
