I cannot see EUA going to all this trouble involving ubs , citic , vtb etc with out some sort of a deal , I could be wrong but I dont think so.
Shareholder Value is what they are wanting to achieve , as the BOD are all shareholders.
Plus these deals don't happen in a few weeks .
what will be will be , its up to you how you achieve the most from this .
