The company has not said anywhere that a deal will be announced with the AGM it's us just guessing .
For now look forward to the agm passing with some good news and the company moving forward .
EUA has been going since 2000 or earlier and its probably presently in its best shape since that time .
The best advice anyone can give at the moment is to have patience , frustrating as that is .
