My company is called the Austin Company we are quite well known in Pharmaceuticals industry.
We are on a 60 million one in the world project for GW Pharma
They are on the Nasdaq and had the FDA from America in last month ,absolutely not even an improvement or anything .Unknown to have full approval first time
They used to be a little AIM company but their market is in America for reasons you will see if you look them up

SS as part of keeping salries down I woul like to think is remunirated in options
These option have been kicked down the road untill 2019
I believe they will be deffered again untill such time as SS feels like taking them
Ask yourself would you use 250k to buy options that dont need to be paid for untill next year and possibly further downthe line
They will always be .4p and he can use money on things that need paying for now if indeed he has 250k to hand
The old adige goes the more you earn the more you spend

If he took options now he would never be able to realise them without ruining the company or causing a raucus
Take the option when the company is riding high he can do what he likes

He will have something in the company through some mechanism I would wager

I take you both hold shares in the company and have good intentions in this already laboured comment

I have 60k in a Sipp and then 2 full 20 k Isas
I have 20 k in shares have got my wife to split into both our names for Capital tax 11K
Will hold them right up as far as 6p then sell those as not tax efficient

The time to think about it is when we test the Kimmeridge
if we get that one flowing the whole weald concept is proven and we can go back to BB and the new sites with self funding and or people throwing cash at us to buy in.
