ForensicBloo, not sure what your comments have to do with the upward trajectory of lloyds shares, but you are free to post whatever you like on this forum, if you can get some gentle relief.

I was think ≈ -5p on Friday and a further -5p on Monday, so a total drop of 10p, but now that compo isn't going to be paid to all and sundry, I see a 10p boost from Friday close to 85p. Call me an optimist, if you like.

Some seems to be saying the wider market falls will supress bounced on Monday in lloyds. Fleecy suggesting 80p will be broken, I recall. Others suggesting low 80s (82p - 83p). Having said all that 85p would be fine by me.

Bound to lots of analysis on the decision on Friday over the weekend.

I went out to celibrate the big win last night and it will translate to pounds in the bank for shareholders. I would also imagine a lot of law firms who planned to skim fees and costs off claimants will be in a depression all weekend, not to mention many claimants, that the ruling has gone against.

Wider market slide and lloyds drop is tarrifs.

Not really any significant drop today so far pre-emptive of a negative Supreme Court decision.

This announcement today is a big one and it will be very interesting to see if there are sudden large share price movements, before close!
