How can 35p go through now after billion and billions of contact wins? There is no way 35p can and will go through, the 35p possible offer is gone now and will not be accepted. A much higher offer will likely be submitted by another bidder and if the accounts aren’t terminal Sidera will be ignored as debt is not due till October 2026

35p must not be spoken about again. With all the recent contract wins the offer will be 3 times this value

Months trading price and given the recent huge contact wins for Wood Group even that should be reevaluated. The 18p was only a brief moment of forced closures so I would expect that sidera will offer between 72-88p on their revised and increased offer to stave other bidders who are silent off.
