Lol some nutters on here. Yesterday’s and today’s news is complete new I’m just taking the market completely out of the blue! The share price is so artificially low due to shorters and forced sellers and now this Fantastic news pops out of the blue that they are interested parties for mergers, which will probably lead to takeovers as well! Tomorrow is going to be an extremely exciting day and a huge gap higher in the morning! I would expect something like a 35p open and a high of 45 to 55, There is nothing anyone can say on here to keep the share price down! A reminder of the news:

(Alliance News) - Advertising agency S4 Capital PLC has received a number of merger approaches, Sky News reported on Saturday.

Executive Chair Martin Sorrell has been contacted by various parties, including private equity firm One Equity Partners. OEP describes itself as a firm that looks to "transform businesses into market leaders through strategic combinations".

Sky News reported that analysts suggested OEP could combine S4 Capital with MSQ Partners, a media company in the private equity firm's portfolio.

Sky News reported S4 has attracted interest elsewhere, but the identities of those potential suitors could not be immediately established.

There really isn’t that much more to say on the matter at the moment! We will find out in a few weeks anyway.

Isle what on earth are you on about? All I’m saying is sidera wants Wood Group at 35p steal And will use the non-publication of the accounts and suspension of Shares to try and complete the deal in the meantime. In my opinion the accounts will be published and the offer will be formalized I’m published to the market on the same day! This will potentially mitigate any suspension of the shares being lifted. This is just my opinion having worked closely with Wood Group over the past six months!

Not expecting any news first thing tomorrow, this will actually do the opposite and cause a huge buying spree and shorts closing in anticipation of news midweek which is when I think it will arrive. We know now for a fact, the SFOR has many interested parties and at this evaluation, it should be times seven or times eight the current value.

I fully Understand the position, just given the information to hand. My opinion is, that they will not post the accounts deliberately to keep the share price suspended and get the 35p deal agreed before other companies provide higher offers and the accounts have been published! I might be wrong, but that is my interpretation.

24p hahaha more like 44p open tomorrow but I’ll go for a conservative mid price of 34p open and a high of 50p

Adding more myself this week as lightened up a lot on the rise to 21.5p a few weeks back and would prefer nearer 2m before the PSC is announced which I feel is quite close now
